We are excited to announce the annual Halloween Dinner Dance has many new wonderful features starting with a new location, new menu, new limited cash bar, and new basket raffles. Plan your costume and display your creative genius in the evening’s costume parade. We will be awarding prizes for Most Creative Costume, Funniest Costume, and Best Couple/Group Costume. Join us for a fun filled evening of delicious food provided by local businesses. Enjoy the Shippensburg Swing Band’s fabulous live music as it flows all evening for a night of dancing and listening enjoyment. All event proceeds benefit Shippensburg Bands (Concert, German, & Swing). We are proud to announce this is the Shippensburg Band’s (Concert Band’s) 100th Anniversary performing concerts for the local community since 1922. Funds raised from tonight’s raffles (gift baskets & 50/50 drawing) and donations benefit music scholarships for local music students at Cumberland Valley School of Music (CVSM) and independent music teachers.

We are proud to announce a new larger location for the Halloween Dinner Dance. Located off Orange Street directly across from Country Corner Rental Center in Shippensburg with easy access to Interstate 81 or Route 11. A parking lot is attached on the left side of the building with handicap access.
Please do not park in the few Police designated parking spaces along the side of the building as these are used for business for on-duty police officers.

Call 718-619-9556 or 717-360-4866 to reserve your tickets and for questions. Please leave your name, phone number, and information about tickets you would like to reserve or if a special vegetarian dinner needs reserved. We will return your message as soon as possible, but please allow 24-48 hours for our volunteers. Tickets reserved over the phone will pay at the door during check-in. Please let us know if there are others with whom you desire to be seated with. We will try to honor requests. It is suggested, if you can reserve a table of 10 please order tickets together to receive the discount and to guarantee being seated together.
You can prepay for tickets or reserve tickets by reaching out to a Shippensburg Band member of Concert, German, or Swing. Please confirm you receive a confirmation from Halloween Dinner Dance Committee reserved your tickets. Please provide either an email or phone number with text or voicemail to receive notice of confirmation.
